Our Commitment to the Community
At ServiceTitan, our mission is to help residential and commercial contractors reach the next level of success. We know that the insights shared at Pantheon can be game-changing for a business, but we also recognize that for many growing shops or individual professionals, the cost of attendance can be a significant hurdle.
The Pantheon Scholarship was created to ensure that financial barriers don't stand in the way of progress. We want to fill the room with the most driven, hard-working members of our community, regardless of their current budget.
Who should apply?
This program is specifically intended for ServiceTitan customers who would otherwise be unable to attend due to budget constraints, recent business hardships, or personal financial barriers:
- Small/Emerging Shops: Lean operations where every dollar is being reinvested into trucks and operations
- Hardship Cases: Businesses or families that have faced significant unexpected challenges in the past year
- Self-Funded Professionals: Paying out of pocket when your company is unable to sponsor your ticket
A Note on Integrity: If your company has the financial means to fund your attendance at the standard rate, we kindly ask that you do not apply. By choosing standard registration, you leave these scholarship spots available for peers in our community who truly need them.
How it Works
Because scholarships are limited, we use an application process to identify those most committed to taking information back to their shops and making a real impact. Scholarships are generally limited to 1-2 per company to ensure we can help as many different businesses as possible.
- Submit Your Application: Complete the application form below, including a short video about your business challenges and goals.
- Application Review: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. You'll typically hear back within 15 business days of submission.
- Receive Your Registration Code: Approved applicants receive a special registration link for a $249 ticket (a savings of up to $1,100).
Whats Included?
This scholarship covers your event pass only. All travel, lodging, and incidental costs are your responsibility.
Applications close August 1, 2026.
Before you start, make sure you have:
- Your ServiceTitan Tenant ID (find it in Settings)
- 10-15 minutes to answer questions about your business
- A 60-90 second video (you can record on your phone, no fancy equipment needed)
