Are there group discounts?

Yes, Group Tickets (5+): Buy 5, get $50 off each ticket based on the current date-tier price / Buy 10, get $100 off each ticket based on the current date-tier price

What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes access to all Keynote sessions, Breakout sessions, the Expo Hall, the Welcome Reception, the Titan Appreciation Party, and daily breakfast/lunch as listed on the agenda.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations received on or before August 1, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee.
Cancellations made between August 2 and September 15, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued after September 15, 2026. However, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at any time by visiting the "Manage Registration" link in your confirmation email.

How do I modify my registration?

Go to www.pantheon.servicetitan.com and click on “already registered”. 2. Enter the email address & confirmation number of the registered attendee that you want to modify, which will take you to the confirmation page. 3. Click on “modify registration”

How do I book my room?

After registering, you will receive a link to our exclusive hotel block. We recommend staying on-site at the Swan and Dolphin to ensure you are in the heart of the action.

When should I arrive?

To catch the full experience, we recommend arriving by Monday morning. Note that pre-conference training sessions begin at 10:30 AM on Monday, Oct 5.

What if I need to change my hotel booking?

You must contact the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin directly at 407-934-4000. The Pantheon events team does not have access to individual reservation details.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is fully ADA compliant. All keynote halls, breakout rooms, and dining areas are accessible via ramps or elevators.

How do I request specific accommodations?

During the registration process in Cvent, there is a dedicated field for "Special Requirements." Please let us know if you require wheelchair seating, a sign language interpreter, or other specific accommodations. You can also email our events team directly at pantheon@servicetitan.com.
